At Beena Atelier, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in suitable original packaging where possible
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Our customer care team will provide you with the next steps.
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact timing may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at beenaatelier@gmail.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
